Video explains the features & benefits of the Rowe 400 Bill Changer with the "Recycler".  The "Recycler" accepts & store $5 bills and dispense them to customer who want changer for big bills.  Any $10 or $20 bill that is inserted will receive $5 in quarters and the rest in $5 bills.  This prevents lots of excess change to leave your Laundromats and also frees up your attendants to do their job and not change bills.
